This publication captures the urban identity and architectural direction of Seogwipo City, combining research, zoning maps, planning diagrams, and program guidelines.
I designed a clean editorial layout using a structured grid system, strong typographic hierarchy, and subtle graphic elements inspired by the city’s landscape and patterns.

The goal was to transform a dense policy document into a visually accessible whitebook that citizens and designers can read comfortably. Red accent colours and geometric forms highlight important information while keeping the tone modern and civic.
